Fix Performance Mode Fortnite - Boost FPS

"FPS drops" are one of the most common game problems that can greatly affect the sense of play.

FPS also known as Frames per second and frame rate, is an important part of a good gaming experience. Many popular computer video games require high FPS in order to work properly, so many game lovers are committed to increasing FPS on a computer to get smooth gameplay.

To enable performance mode do the following:
Open Fortnite.
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner.
In the video options under Advanced Graphics, change the Performance Mode to Performance (Alpha).

Click on Apply.
Restart Fortnite and enjoy!

Keep your computer cool!

If you notice that you are able to play games a few hours before you start to notice problems, this is a sign that your computer may be overheating. If your computer is unable to cool down, it may damage your hardware or make it malfunction in extreme cases.

If you suspect this is possible, check your computer fans and air vents to make sure they are clean of any dust or obstructions that might block air flow. Use a compressed air can to clean the inside of your computer and keep it looking fresh to make sure you don't get in heat. Go ahead and search for a picture with a dirty PC if you don't believe this can do it!
