  • Disable direct sync
  • Enable Threaded Optimization
  • Set the Higher Rate Preferences Level available
  • Apply changes and navigate to adjust desktop size and status
  • Check the check box Overwrite the rating mode set by games and programs and click Apply
  • Also, be sure to disable the acceleration of the mouse if you want to improve your muscle memory and your general targeting skills.
  • Disable Windows Update Delivery Optimization
    Now is the time to disable Windows Update Delivery Optimization. Here's how to do it:
  • Open the start menu, type Windows Update settings and click on its search result
    Click Advanced Options
    Click on Delivery Optimization
    Make sure Allow downloads from other PCs are off
